Refund policy

At Staffy Skin Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the product so we can assess the issue.

Because our products are pet care and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used bottles unless the product is faulty.

If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
